Rose Andrew Events is a full-service event planning and design company offering services for in love couples with beautiful taste. We specialize in creating luxury, romantic, one of a kind celebrations in Seattle, WA and beyond.

We offer our month of management services to a handful of couples each year. This service is perfect for the couple that has fully planned their wedding day but needs professional help to ensure that they feel completely stress-free on wedding day. One month prior to the big day, we will become the point of contact for all of your contracted vendors, wedding party, families, staff and you! We will create an in-depth day of itinerary for our team and your vendors to follow to ensure a seamless and enjoyable day for our couple.
Our Full Service Planning package is for the couple who wants the months leading up to their wedding day to be just as joyous as the day of. We work with you to establish a budget and a vision to ensure that we are able to financially and logistically execute the day we’ve designed. We manage contracts, payments, vendors, and itineraries so that our couples can use their season of engagement to focus on building the foundation for an amazing marriage. We aim to have you feeling stress and worry-free throughout the process and on through your wedding day so that you can fully experience every hug, tear and laugh. Your wedding is a once in a lifetime experience, and we work hard to ensure you won’t forget it.

We are more than just your wedding planner. Memories are made in the details, and we’re passionate about leveraging our couple’s unique stories to create an overall aesthetic that celebrates who they are.
We begin with a questionnaire to get to know our couples— how they met, their favorite memories, and how they each knew they were “the one”. All the things that make a shared life. Then we take aspects of your love story to create a one of a kind design and experience for you and your guests. We will help design and coordinate every component from beginning to end— from the table linens, to place settings and specialty rentals, to music and food. Then, we curate an amazing team of vendors to execute the vision we come up with together. Everything from the initial stages of the design process on through the execution of the celebration is managed by RAE.
Our design services are incorporated into our full service planning package as the two go hand in hand. However, in the event that a couple doesn’t want to work with a full service planner, but simply needs help creating and designing the overall aesthetic of their day, we offer design services by the hour.
For most of our couples, the design of their day is rooted in florals. Thats why we are proud to offer in house floral design services to all of our couples that have booked us for planning or design services. We work hard to envision every detail of your day and it only makes sense for us to be hands on in executing this aspect as well. Choosing florals to coincide with your overall wedding aesthetic is a critical part of our job and one of our favorite aspects! We want to make sure that the flowers enhance rather than distract from the design of the day. Our signature style is organic, lush and romantic. We also offer our floral design services to a select numbers of couples each year that did NOT book with us for planning or design services.
